Safe and Sound Protocol/ Rest and Restore Protocol Pricing

There are different options to experience these music protocols.

• A lot of times it is incorporated into a bodywork session if we have talked about it and it feels right for you. I find that adding in bodywork sessions helps with grounding the nervous system. An additional payment plan for continuation at home with infrequent body sessions will be a discussion between you and Sassia.

• Independent Option: One year access to SSP and RRP $400/year or $33.33/month. Includes email access to practitioner, and one-15 minute telehealth check-in per month to evaluate programming. Can add additional telehealth sessions for $60/30minutes and bodywork sessions for normal pricing.

• Mental Health Practitioners reach out for a discount on the independent option!

Cancellation Policy

Life happens—so reach out and please cancel your appointment 24 hours before your scheduled session. $180 will be billed for a no-show and $100 for late cancellation.

Insurance

I currently take regence. premera/lifewise, and first choice insurance (connected to certain Kaiser plans).

I can provide you a superbill for your insurance if I am out of network. Questions you may ask before sending in a superbill to your insurance: Does your insurance cover out of network, outpatient occupational therapy services? Do you need prior authorization to see an occupational therapist?
